Zero Tolerance
Understand that this is a professional service and any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by you will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be liable for full payment of the session. I maintain the option to take legal action in response to inappropriate conduct, which encompasses instances of sexual solicitation or misconduct occurring within my practice.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Appointments made after the 24 hour time frame are automatically subject to cancellation fee.

More than 24 hours notice, no cancellation fee applies.

Less than 24 hours notice or not showing up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

Considerations will be made for special circumstance.

Frequent rescheduling: If your schedule does not allow for pre-planned appointments and cancellations/rescheduling requests happen frequently, we can work together when last-minute appointments become available but current and future bookings will be voided.
Please note that missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or failure to provide proper notice prevent the time from being offered to other clients. Thank you in advance for consideration of the time I have blocked out for your care.
Tardiness & Sickness

Appointment times are as scheduled and may not be extended.

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness.

The cancellation policy may be waived for these circumstance.
Gift Card Appointment Policy
Gift card appointments are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
Gift card appointments may be rescheduled up to two times with proper notice.
One last-minute reschedule may be granted as a courtesy when possible. However, if an appointment is cancelled last minute or missed without notice, the gift card will be considered redeemed and no longer valid.
When scheduling your appointment, I require a valid credit card to hold the appointment. Your card will not be charged.

"A Gift for You"
Our "A Gift for You" promotion offers valued clients a way to share the gift of relaxation and wellness with their friends and family. As part of this promotion, clients receive "gift cards" that grant a $20 discount on a massage session for the referred person and a $20 credit for the referring clients next massage. Please read and understand the following policy regarding the use of these
promotional gift cards.
1. Eligibility:
Clients must have received a massage session with us to be eligible for the "A Gift for You" promotion and its associated promotional gift cards.
Each eligible client will receive up to three gift cards to share with friends and family.
2. Redemption:
The $20 discount applies to a single massage session for the referred person.
To redeem the gift card, the referred person must present it during their massage appointment.
The referring client will receive a $20 credit applied to their next massage session after the referred person has redeemed their gift card.
3. Expiration:
Gift cards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Please note that gift cards must be used before the end of the promotional period.
4. Multiple Gift Cards:
Referred clients may use only one gift card per massage session.
Referring clients may accumulate multiple $20 credits but can use only one credit per massage session.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please keep your gift cards in a safe place.
6. Non-Transferable:
Gift cards are intended for sharing within the client's immediate network of friends and family. They cannot be resold or transferred to others.
7. Referral Tracking:
To ensure accurate tracking and credit application, please provide the referring client's name when redeeming a gift card.
8. Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the "A Gift for You" promotion and its associated policies at any time without prior notice.
